We couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot for a family getaway. It accommodated all of us perfectly. The views were incredible (especially from the kayaks). Pool was amazing!! Communication and check-in process 10/10.Highly recommend!

very clean. We were inside most of the time because of the weather and there was plenty of space to play games and spread out. Very nice hosts who responded very quickly with questions.

It's a beautiful piece of property with stunning views all around. Great pool and perfect for kayaking. Short distance to the Narrows for great dinner choices.

Very nice views of water; good pool and landscaping; very nice and large common rooms; two good and large bedrooms on main floor. All clean and well-maintained.It was incredibly hot and air conditioning worked well on main floor.Too hot to use kayaks and bikes, but appreciated their availability.I think the VRBO listing should be clear that three of the bedrooms are in the basement and effectively have no windows. They also share one bathroom. Two of the five bathrooms are half baths with no shower or tub and are on top floor and in Bar area where there are no bedrooms. The basement bedrooms are fine and useable, but the lack of windows and en suite bathrooms should be noted.There were no extra paper towels - only one roll. And we ran out of dishwasher soap. For a four night visit, that is not enough. Garbage did not pick up on July 4. Not surprising, but we had to leave the garbage out in an open garbage can with no lid when we left, so animals may have made a mess. We emailed the contact person but did not hear back.
