Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!
We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

My husband, our dogs and I stayed at this beautiful house and I highly recommend it. We were visiting Clarksville because our son is stationed at Ft. Campbell, and this property was the perfect place for us to hang out and spend good quality time together. The house was super clean, it is very spacious, has all of the amenities from home (fully stocked kitchen), and the outdoor patio has a sitting area where we enjoyed having coffee and listened to birds. The backyard is very large and fenced; did I mention dogs are welcome! The neighborhood itself is very nice with lots of kids playing outside and neighbors hanging out. The house is very well located; there is a Walmart just 5 minutes away, downtown Clarksville maybe 20 minutes away, and Ft. Campbell about 25 minutes away.The host was very responsive throughout booking and during our stay. We had no issues, I only communicated that we were really enjoying our time at the house!This is the only place I will be booking the next time I go to Clarksville to visit my son.

very clean house. plenty of room for my family and I. close to pretty much everything around. easy to locate. the hosts were amazing and kept in great contact. the back yard was perfect for my kiddos to run around and play. would definitely stay here again!!!

Several walls need repainted, couch in living area sits very low to the floor, lights/fans need to be labeled, downstairs door seal needs replaced, towel bars in bathrooms need replaced, ice maker very slow, need a pitcher if yo plan on making tea or other drinks..just several minor things..overall was a good stay

The host was on top of it. Amenities were great except the upstairs couches need to be replaced.
