Other Things to Note:

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.



Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:



1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.

2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8

3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)

4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.



Pets are allowed based on their size, but please notify us in advance to confirm your intention to bring a pet to prevent any potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet will be charged.



Pet fees vary depending on the length of your stay: $35 per night per pet for stays of 1 to 4 nights; $250 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights; and $400 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more.



Please be aware that the company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.



**PRIOR GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED**



To meet legal and security requirements, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check. This information is solely for screening purposes and will not be stored or used for other reasons.



All guests must sign a rental agreement that details the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to:



- Adhere to our rental terms and conditions before booking.

- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.

- Complete a background check if required by property management or the owner as outlined in the rental agreement and booking terms.

- Fulfill our verification process to receive check-in instructions.



You must provide the required information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification requirements.



Each stay includes a $69 damage protection fee covering accidental damages up to $150.
