It includes: 1 bedroom with a king-size bed Full bathroom Living room with Smart TV Fully equipped kitchen Washer & dryer Video games, air hockey table, and a cozy reading nook A clean, cozy Pack ’n Play is available upon request for families traveling with infants. All bedrooms are stocked with fresh linens, extra pillows, and thoughtful touches for a restful night’s sleep.

Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire home throughout their stay. Check-in is seamless with our smart lock system, and we’re always just a message away if you need anything. We can be reached through Vrbo message/email.

For reservations of 28 nights or longer, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. A separate rental agreement may also be requested prior to arrival to help ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for both guests and hosts.

We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests when possible! Please note there is a $75 fee for either option, as our cleaning team may need to adjust their schedule, start earlier, or extend their time to ensure the space is thoroughly prepared for your stay or for the next guest.
