Everything

Food could be slightly improved

Outstanding hotel. Finished to perfection

The atmosphere and the beautiful bar and restaurant and most of all the staff who were brilliant at their job and so friendly. Nothing too much for them. The rooms and views are amazing.

Nothing

The facilities are very good, I would suggest a member of staff stays to look at some basic ergonomics, nothing major but small stuff, like room temperature on arrival was exceptionally warm, in fact unbearably hot. There is no towel rails in the bathroom, no where to hang or place towels, again a small thing but something that makes an experience notable if it's not there, but means nothing at all if it is there. Overall the place is clean. Very well looked after, modern and of a very high standard. Few very small things, which in the overall experience would not in any way put me off going again. Like I say overall a very pleasant experience

The facilities and staff generally were very good. The low rating for staff is more reflective of the check-in experience and quite a disappointing issue at breakfast. When checking in the confusion over rooms, but more the passive but abrupt manner of what I believe was the manager, this was initially a poor interaction, but she obviously was aware of this then went out of her way to redeem herself and could not have been nicer. As for the breakfast, one of our three cooked breakfasts arrived in about 8 mins, the other two arrived 15 to 20 mins later, not an exaggeration. As such no one spoke to us or acknowledged what was a clear issue, it was ignored by staff, even an acknowledgement or explanation would have made this situation better. Ultimately one of our party had completely finished their breakfast before ours arrived. The breakfast itself was very good.
