nice place, wifi is good, city view, near
smart araneta for concert
drainage holes at the property is clogged, and smelled like pee even though we flushed (we believe it’s coming from the exhaust from other unit and we mop the floor every time after taking a bath. it would be better to have hot shower too. The sheets and blankets were not washed smells like someone already used it.

The property was good enough for 22 hours
The faucet is broken, the lock is hard to open, and the air conditioner is weak.
