Location was excellent, quiet in the countryside. The house itself was lovely and a bit shabby. Renovation is still an ongoing process. Bathroom was awesome! Kitchen had everything you could have asked for and a bit of extra. It's not too grand place so excellent when travelling with dogs. Wifi worked well after restart. Really enjoyed our 3-day stay. Most likely an even better place in the summer. Warm water with proper pressure too!
It was a bit chilly when we arrived (but we had been warned!). With radiators it improved, but then we had some issues with the fuse. Luckily Linus replied quickly and helped us! We opted to sleep downstairs since the upstairs was even colder and lights there were not that great. Also if travelling with dogs (like we did) or small children, the stairs are narrow and slippery. Lovely house, but I would recommend it for the summertime :-)
