We loved everything about our time at KayuKaya and hope to come back again. The location was secluded but a quick drive/ride into Ubud center, you felt separated from the chaos. There is a great cafe with awesome coffee about 100m away, and the village of Petula only 5min walk. The breakfast was delicious and home well appointed! Great staff, very responsive, very friendly. The drivers arranged by the villa were locals and always willing to explore with you and know the area well.
A few more vegan options on the menu would be the only thing. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect :)

Loved everything about KayuKaya! The A-frame wooden villa with all the details is gorgeous, and that pool with green views is incredible. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was amazing. We should've stayed longer! Easy ride to Ubud.

Amazing find and absolutely stunning! The A-frame architecture with all the beautiful wood elements feels so perfectly integrated with the surrounding. Short ride from downtown Ubud. Honestly, our only regret is booking just one night - we could have easily stayed much longer! The whole place has such a peaceful, authentic vibe. Will def plan our return trip for a longer stay!
