The location is amazing as you have the Soi Buakhao Market next to you for purchasing take away food and fruits. Clothing also is cheap in the market. Nearby massage shops are good. Honey 3 is nearby as a backup in rain. Bed linen, towels are white and clean. Having this in white is actually very important. AC is away from bed which is good as cold air does not jam your nose. No theft at all. Very secure. Staff is very good. I will miss this hotel.
No elevator, it has 4 floors. Mine was 3rd floor room

I didn't had breakfast ijust had room it was clean good balcony for personal balcony , staff was good cleaned room on request it was just perfect for me I will rent that hotel again if it's on affordable price as I am a budget person .
Those loving ladies gave me no chance to say that there was something I didn't like
