The extremely spacious 112 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the villa. It successfully combines modern furnishings with the charm of bygone eras. From the elaborately designed gallery-style hallway, you’ll reach the living room—the heart of the apartment. The cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV is located next to the room’s centerpiece, a tiled stove, which, however, serves only a decorative purpose. The large, modern kitchen allows several eager helpers to pitch in with meal preparation. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, and ceramic cooktop are standard features in this modern kitchen. A large dining table, illuminated by a beautiful chandelier, invites you to enjoy meals together. The living room and the adjoining loggia feature elaborately restored stucco elements.
