In about a 5-minute walk, you’ll reach the lively bustle of the city center with its many restaurants, fashion boutiques, and other shops. From here, it’s just a few steps to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the Heringsdorf pier. To start your vacation morning off right, we recommend a hearty breakfast at “Bäckerei Junge.” You can also enjoy delicious meals nearby at “Fleischerei Wollin” and “Domkes Fischpavillon.”

The Stadtvilla Blumenhof is a smoke-free property. Smoking is also not permitted on the balconies.

Each vacation apartment is assigned one parking space, located directly at the building, on the neighboring property, or in the parking garage (€15 deposit for the parking pass).

This modern, high-quality 45-square-meter 2-room apartment is located on the first floor and accommodates 2 to 4 people. The living room features a cozy sitting area (with a pull-out sofa bed measuring 1.25 x 1.80 m) and a dining area. The kitchenette, which is open and integrated into the living area, is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, and an oven. The balcony, accessible from the living room and facing southwest, promises plenty of sunshine. The bright bedroom features a double bed with separate mattresses (80 x 200) and ample closet space. The bathroom, which has a small window, features a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. A separate, lockable bike storage room with a power outlet (suitable for electric bikes) is located in the building, and a parking space on the property is assigned to the apartment.
