Very quiet room "Premier Plus". Good internet. Breakfast was fine, but not as good as at most of our other stays in UK.

Most of the staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fine and staff good. Unfortunately restaurant closes a little early and they stop taking orders 15 mins prior. We arrived at the restaurant 25 mins prior to closing and was behind another guest. The manager told us to wait as he would be right back but only came back 10 mins later to tell us that we would need to go eat elsewhere as the restaurant was closing. Very unprofessional and comments were also made by other guests who witnessed the incident. Will it stay there again after essentially being mistreated and had to go eat at a fast food chicken restaurant without any compassion and or sort of accommodation.
