The house was wonderful. The upstairs was very warm when we arrived but after we opened windows and got the coolers on it cooled down. Kitchen was huge and nice to work in. Lots of room for everybody and the kids had a blast on the slide. The lemon and lime trees were a nice addition although i would have someone come in and get rid of the weeds. They were pretty big and lots of them. We loved our stay here though and having a house where all the family can be together is wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay at this Pismo Beach VRBO, and our trip overall was a huge success. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and well-suited for a family getaway. One thing we especially appreciated was how thoughtfully set up the space was for families with young children—having baby-safe gates already installed and a high chair available made a big difference and took a lot of stress off our shoulders. The location and overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together, and we created some great memories during our stay. The only small area for improvement would be addressing some minor insect activity, which could be resolved with routine extermination. That said, it didn’t take away from what was otherwise a wonderful experience. Our family truly loved staying here, and we would absolutely consider coming back again in the future. Thank you for helping make our Pismo Beach trip so enjoyable!

This property was lovely. We had a larger group and there was ample room for everyone to hang out and not feel cramped! I would highly recommend for a good central coast stay! Jeromy was very prompt at responding and was super helpful.

Had a great time on our girls trip! This was a fun property. The location was right in the middle of the places we wanted to go. We loved watching the goats and the cow. Bedrooms and bathrooms, and kitchen were clean and well stocked. Only somewhat negative thing any of us mentioned was that the TV room had small, very low couches. Would stay again and definitely recommend!
