This location was great. It's in a small, upcoming area that has a lot of new shops, restaurants and just about everything you need. You can get groceries and a haircut along with great breakfast and lunch/dinner spots. The circus is very close as well. And the scenery is really pretty around there. The unit was nice and modern. The beds were great.
The rooms were a bit small so it was really tough to put a large luggage bag out in the room. We ended up using the common areas for luggage because it really didn't fit well in the room. Bathroom is very small as well. Also, there is no climate control upstairs so it was pretty cold until we started blasting the downstairs heater to have the heat come up the stairs.

Clean bedding and very quite at night times despite the central location
Toilet basin was a bit small to use - maybe consider removing the built in storage & mirror unit

Tidy and modern unit with good temperature control and soundproofing. The host was prompt in correspondence and very accommodating. The location was excellent, just around the corner from shops and restaurants.
More of a note to others than a criticism but the unit was cosy for our family of two adults and two young children and there were no playgrounds nearby (pool is a 15 minute walk away).

Place was easy to get into and had all the amenities you would want. The place was close to the bus stop. Added bonus the TV was playing Oscar winning movies and had '30 Rock' on a loop.
No real issues at all. There was a booking issue with someone coming to our place but it was quickly resolved so no big deal.
