We encountered a few issues when we first arrived...no power in one bathroom or exhaust fan, electrical outlets did not work in the adjoining bedroom, pool was cold, however, the host had maintenance come immediately and what could not be fixed that day was fixed on our second day. Kitchen was missing hot pads which we purchased and left for other guests. Overall, our stay was nice and the house and host met our needs. Only other negative would be the garbage. Racoons got into our garbage nightly so i ended up cleaning up garbage that was strewn around the front and around the house. We took our garbage to the dumpster down the road to avoid further clean up.
