The garden and small terrace provide a natural extension to the property\'s open-plan living space, which is accessed through sliding glass doors. This area is furnished with a double bed, a sofa bed, a dining table, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and incorporates the kitchen which is equipped with; an induction hob, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The apartment is conveniently situated a 3-minute walk from the nearest restaurant and supermarket. The town’s small marina where visitors can catch a ferry to visit Tavolara and other nearby islands is a 10-minute walk. Visitors can also enjoy the many boutiques, restaurants and bars here. There are also several nearby beaches, accessible by foot, that are great places for snorkelling. (Spiaggia Pizzichina Corallina is a 6-minute drive (20-minute walk) and Spiaggia di Porto San Paolo is a 3-minute drive (15-minute walk))
