Excellent location and property wonderful for large families. My favorite part of the day was drinking my morning coffee in the relaxing, beautiful back yard. Enjoying the cool Cali evenings around the gas fire table is also a plus.Check-in was smooth, just a little glitch. The remote for the front gate was not on the table as instructed. Luckily, the maintenance man was on the property and the management team was prompt in reprograming the front gate and gave a new remote. A few other minor issues were promptly fixed by the management team. Their communication was excellent. I would rent this property again.

The property was absolutely beautiful and accommodated all my guest well. Some things to bring to attention was the microwave did not work our entire trip which was annoying because we had to waste a lot of food as a result. Also there seemed to be some electric shortage because the outlets and TV in the living room did not work or the TV in the basement. The advertisement says it has a hot tub which is does but you have to pay to access which is slightly misleading. Otherwise I would recommend this property.

All was as pictured and all amenities were superb.

The house was nice, but not maintained very well. There was a hole on the ceiling in the first floor bedroom that looked like it was taped over. The couch in the living room slid around and had a dirty blanket on it. The house would smell like sewage in the mornings. There was only 1 key and 1 garage/gate opener for 8 guests, and there was no laundry detergent available. The house was probably very nice once upon the time, but i wouldn’t consider it a luxury rental at this point.
