Parking was a bit tight

Great location about one half mile from downtown Rehoboth. Room had an Alaskan King Bed 9’x9’ which was awesome. A bit pricey.

Spent a full week here and left with a positive impression, driven largely by location. It's a 20-minute walk to Rehoboth Beach, and the local shuttle drops you right at the door for $2/person — a real advantage during peak season parking chaos. Mexican food, pizza, a liquor store, breweries, and Rise Up Coffee are all within walking distance, with Tanger Outlets and a farmers market nearby. The property is just over a year old and feels it — comfortable beds, strong AC, beach towels, robes, toiletries, and on-site EV chargers, including Tesla (paid separately). Check-in runs through sister property Ocean Glass Inn across the street, staffed 9 AM–9 PM; our in-person check-in was warm and efficient, and contactless is available too. Parking was plentiful at both properties throughout our stay.

Cleanliness is where points were lost — floors weren't spotless on arrival, visible handprints were left on the headboard, and housekeeping missed a previous guest's belongings, including underwear left behind. Not acceptable at any price point. The property also sits near a busy road; we knew this going in and it wasn't an issue for us, but future guests should factor in some traffic noise during summer. Despite a strict no-pets policy, we were woken at 5 AM by a neighboring guest's dog barking and howling after its owners left for the day — staff addressed the issue promptly once we reported it, and every interaction with management was professional and responsive. Bottom line: a few cleanliness misses aside, the location and amenities make this an easy recommendation for anyone prioritizing convenience in Rehoboth Beach.

This property was very clean inside, the access code for the room was very easy. Staff that we had interacted with was very kind and good distance between the small towns, shopping centers and good food places.

There is a lot of road noise and depending on your neighbors you hear almost everything. But once it got later in the night, it was peaceful. Really no complaints besides the road noise.
