This spacious, ground-floor condo offers direct access to the beach and is perfect for creating unforgettable memories with family and friends as you experience South Padre Island.
Start your morning with breakfast on the furnished oceanfront patio. Feel the sea breeze and take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, then step right out for a peaceful walk along the shore.
Large windows fill the living area with natural light, offering beautiful ocean views while you relax on the comfortable sofa or armchair. At night, watch the shrimp boat lights flicker across the water or catch a game on the flat-screen TV.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, featuring an open layout perfect for gathering. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, with 2 extra seats at the breakfast bar. A Texas-sized barbecue area is available on the first floor for grilling your favorite meals.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, flat-screen TV, and stunning beach views from large windows. The ensuite bathroom features a walk in shower and plenty of storage space.
Second Bedroom: Two Twin beds, flat-screen TV, dresser, and a small walk-in closet. The attached guest bathroom has a shower tub combo

While this condo is clean and well-maintained, it has a more classic, dated style compared to modern remodels. Everything works great, offering a cozy and comfortable stay.

I've been to South Padre at least 4 times in the last few years and this was by far the cleanest, closest and well-priced location I've ever stayed at. The view of the water from the 1st floor unit was gorgeous and relaxing. It was a very short 1-2 minute walk to the beach. The condo was clean and had everything I possibly needed. The ceiling fan in one room didn't work but there were fans to plug in that made it very comfortable. The parking lot was small but it seemed like everyone respected the 1 vehicle rule and we always found a spot in the lot. My only disappointment happened our last day. The pool was supposed to open at 10am and I had told my kids they could swim for 45 minutes while we loaded the car prior to check out, but the maintenance said the pool wouldn't be ready until 11am. I did appreciate that the pool was cleaned daily and the grounds well-kept. We would definitely want to stay here again. One thing I loved especially with small children was that the decor was lovely but nothing too elaborate that I was fearful of my kids breaking things. This unit especially is a great place for families with young children because of the patch of grass outside to play. Very highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was on the beach and fit our needs perfectly. We did have 2 issues—the ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work and the audio on the master bedroom TV would not work.
