Good value for money, modern decor and simple layout with being a top tier location.
You might find something in your room that might not be working properly like a heater in my case which isn’t a big deal when you’re getting probably the best bang for buck in the area. When I presented the heater issue the staff were fast, friendly and helpful with a replacement heater.
For the price the room was excellent.
Highly recommended

Well equipped room in a great location close to Lygon Street. Comfortable, safe, friendly staff.

Hot water service stopped working overnight. Informed the Staff and they reset it early next morning but still no hot water for showers before checking out.
Customer complaint service was ordinary.

Nice efficient room with mini kitchen, and decent bed. Nothing fancy, but totally fine for getting around Melbourne on transit. A Woolworths was only a block away for decent groceries.
