Great stay, supermarket and fastfood within 50 meters. The son of the owner brought for a more then reasonable price to several monestaries in the surrounding of Alaverdi.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is more than enough. The location is perfect. During the breakfast, you can listen to the water trickling. The room is small but very clean and comfortable. I would strongly recommend it.

I had a very warm and memorable stay here. What impressed me most was the kindness of the host family. When I was short of Armenian cash, the host kindly helped me exchange some money. On the day I left, there was also a misunderstanding with my bus company about the pickup location, and I was worried that I might miss the bus. The host’s son personally drove me to meet the bus and made sure I could continue my journey safely. They helped me far beyond what I would normally expect from a guesthouse. I really appreciated their kindness and hospitality, and I will remember this experience for a long time. Thank you so much!
