Our group of three adults (and one Labrador) enjoyed our 5 night stay at Black Bear Cabin. It was attractive, very clean and undergoing some nice upgrades. We noticed fresh paint, a walk in shower, king size bed, and new furniture. It was stocked with all of the basics. The hot tub was very well maintained. We chose this location because it was quiet and we wanted to be surrounded by nature-- not cabins. The deck was a wonderful place to relax after hiking. (We did 8 trails in 5 days!) We loved being among the trees and birds! And I'm sure the pretty view is even better before the leaves come out.As is common in this area, the driveway is very steep and rocky. There are no drop offs and it wasn't an issue for our 4wd truck. (And no oncoming vehicles because the place is all yours!) All in all this was a great home base in an area full of natural beauty!

Our kids had a blast! They played in the woods and ran around all night. This cabin was the best one we have stayed at! Very clean, and had all the things we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely like to stay again, but for more than one night! Great morning views!

The cabin was clean & very welcoming. The host was excellent, and helpful. Loved the view & location.

Great cabin!!
