Check-in was quick and easy. The resort hotel staff were helpful and accommodating, very friendly. The location was perfect for me in the opera district; no hills, easy to walk to surrounding neighborhoods. It was also easy to walk to nearby public transportation from the resort hotel. At the moment, the elevator wasn't operable, so guests had to use the stairs. Not bad though, as there were short flights from floor to floor. Plus, the staff helped me with me luggage. I will DEFINITELY stay here again, and I recommend it to others.
