Welcome to Zen Spot! Enter our home to find the modern and open living room complete with a Smart TV, a cozy couch, and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked and features new appliances and a large kitchen island. If you need to get any work done there is an office space with a desk and chair. Upstairs, you'll find a second hang out spot with a couch and a projector!



When it's time for bed, choose between our 4 bedrooms:

(1) The first primary bedroom has a King bed, walk-in closet, a dresser, and an attached bathroom with a vanity.

(2) The second bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom.

(3) The third bedroom upstairs has two Twin beds, a closet, and an attached bathroom.

(4) The fourth bedroom upstairs has a couch that pulls out into a Queen bed, a closet, a desk/chair and a nearby bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Centrally located with easy interstate access the home is in a brand-new neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Public Transit, bike trails, and ride share available.



Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet-friendly.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
