Important Information
Parking passes need to be entered into the Condo's software before you arrive. Each pass is $60 plus tax per car (2 cars maximum), per week. If you're staying longer than a week please inquire about parking. *prices subject to change per HOA
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties.
Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Everything was fine. I was irritated with the over-communication, and it was made abundantly clear that early check in is not allowed, and the detailed check out procedures. If you like excessive texts and emails, this is the property for you.

The condo was beautifully maintained and offered a very comfortable stay. However, I was less impressed with the swimming pool, as its appearance was more reminiscent of a basic motel-style pool than what I expected for this property. Additionally, the entrance floor was not as clean as anticipated, and we discovered hair in both the master suite bathroom drawer and the shower, which was disappointing.Overall, despite these concerns, the condo itself was lovely and had many positive qualities.

Awesome place to stay. The host are wonderful. The condo is very nice for the price. Close to all amenities and good food. If you are looking for a place to relax with ocean views and views of the river with nice boat traffic, this is your spot!!
