would like to sincerely thank Trang, the manager at G8 Riverside Hotel, for her outstanding hospitality and kindness. She was extremely professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile. Her excellent service truly made my stay more comfortable and memorable. Thank you again, Trang, for going above and beyond. I highly appreciate everything you did for me.

The staff could not have been more friendly. The staff at the reception helped my boyfriend locate his lost passport by ringing the taxi driver who spoke no English for us. I could not be more grateful and the bar staff who made us feel so cared for, thank you everyone
