It was easy to get the keys the host sent us directions and codes when we arrived in Lisbon. Location was perfect for everything we didn't need to get Ubers at all except back to the airport
I guess it could be a little loud if you are on the lower floors but not sure the 4th floor

We loved everything! The location is very central. The communication of all the members of the agency was excellent, they even have a concierge as a part of the team. The design and the functionality of the apartment is great. Plus we loved the service for the breakfast - not being a hotel but they can manage to deliver a breakfast box directly to your door! Amazing! Exceptional!

Amazing stay, it is a real apartment, comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. The area is also super nice, central and with a nice vibe, cute bars restaurants and shop. I felt safe, the apartment building is elegant and everything is well organized. Also the communication before the chek in was excelent.
maybe the cleaning was not 5 stars, I found some hairs in the bathroom, but nothing too bad
