Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early or late requests must be approved in advance and may include a fee.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. You may have up to 4 additional daytime visitors, provided they do not stay overnight and all house rules, including quiet hours and no events, are followed.
Exceeding the maximum overnight occupancy of the home without approval may result in a minimum $500 fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
No smoking or vaping inside the home. A minimum $250 fee will apply for violations.
Pets must be approved in advance where allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.
This property includes a $50 Safely damage protection policy covering up to $3,000 in accidental damages. Guests are responsible for any damage not covered, including misuse or rule violations.
Some homes may have exterior security cameras at entry points, which are disclosed within the listing. There are no cameras inside the home.
Homes on septic systems require care. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products, as damage may result.

Gem of a house! Incredibly spacious, which you wouldn’t guess from its exterior, and the owners have put tremendous effort into making it warmly inviting yet truly functional as a vacation rental. There are plenty of flat spaces to hold groceries and stuff, as well as empty pantry space in the kitchen. It’s well decorated, but minimal enough that you don’t lose sight of your own things in the clutter of décor. Henckels knives - Good pots and pans - Quality flatware - King beds in every bedroom - Portable fans for nighttime white noise! These are all top-notch details that any renter who’s occupied vacation rentals before will recognize as 6 star elements. The couches are super comfortable, no complaints about the beds, and the kitchen & living areas combine to make the perfect space for the whole gang to gather. The outdoor spaces were also great for conversation, relaxation, and lawn games. We put two SUVs in the garage, and two more vehicles in the driveway, with a fifth parked perpendicular to the two in the driveway. Plan accordingly for the zero availability of street parking. Nothing in Walla Walla is far, and from this house it felt incredibly easy to get everywhere. The managers were very communicative, and clear in their entry/exit instructions. We will definitely be back!

What a pleasant surprise to walk into such a well appointed home! Spacious and in such great condition! Loved our stay and the boys made great use of the foosball table! Would definitely recommend!

The property was very clean, welcome to pets (dog), and had plenty of amenities. Was perfect for a long weekend getaway!
