The milk in the fridge was expired and I only realized after tasting it
The type of coffee being used (foreign ground) needs a coffee plunger in order to prepare (and there was none) - So I had to go back home to have my morning coffee

The location and the owner promptly addressed my complaint
I was given a different room from the one I was allocated, curtains were not in good shape, the bedding was discoloured and the sheet was stained. I struggled a bit with getting a code for checking in.
