Overall the hotel was okay, though not quite up to the standards we are used to in Pakistan. However, the staff truly made the stay better. Receptionist Haris was superb — very professional, polite and always ready to help. The security guard was also kind and supportive. The night staff were all good and cooperative. Their service definitely added value to the experience.
In day the house keeping and kitchen staff very lazy for any single things have to remind and calls twice.

Staff were very co-operative and respectful of our privacy. No issues whatsoever. The location is ideal for those who are looking to explore Lahore and there are many available tourist sites and places to eat within a close enough radius. Breakfast is very nice, (eggs, toast, jam, butter & tea).
Everything was great. The room furniture could improve slightly, but for the price you’re paying, it’s very reasonable.

Major renovations are required.
Cleanliness was a major problem. Staff was cooperative but furniture had stains which was an absolute nightmare. The only thing clean was the bed. No major markets around.
