Amazing spa - the sauna ceremony was fantastic. Great location next to the lake and beautiful royal park. Fitness facilities nice, and the outdoor gym and walking trails were a bonus. Restaurant was typical classy scandi-fare. Massive room, with lots of storage space. Highly recommend.
Breakfast was nice but a bit pricy.

10/10 Fitnessstudio. Gym begeisterte Menschen haben hier definitiv Freude.
Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr gut.
Zimmer ebenso top! Groß und Betten sehr bequem.
Zimmer waren sehr sauber.
Der massive Aufpreis für den Wellnessbereich.
Daher haben wir ihn nicht genutzt.

Location!
Although not in the “center”, it’s actually The Center!! Right in the middle of Hagenpark! Heaven on Earth! Amazing! Great afternoon walks! And the 67 Bus is available every 20 minutes for ONLY 1 SEK! Public transportation in this country works amazingly! The Spa is from another world! Great experience!

Great location outside of the city. The room was large and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in at a hotel. The breakfast was worth the price.
The staff seemed overwhelmed, and at times agitated when asked questions due to lack of information and protocols for the guest (to us and we witnessed this happening to other guests). I think they have the potential to be a great hotel, but at this point I cannot recommend it to friends and family.
