Un home stay a une magnifique vue. Chambres spacieuses, literie très confortable . Sèche-cheveux apprécié :) Très propre, calme. Petit déjeuner inclu très bon et frais. Nous étions quatre donc étage « privatisé ». L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir les petites mais totalement belles et secrètes rizières de Munduk. Très très jolie balade à faire et dans la journée, et au coucher de soleil. Partenariat avec le Warung Classic à une très bonne cuisine, tous les soirs nous avons goûté des plats différents! Personnel très sympathique et attentionné. Ils peuvent vous déposer au début de la randonnée des cascades. Nous ne sommes pas adeptes des massages dans le lit, du coup possibilité de faire un massage chez Wilik dont les masseuses viennent vous chercher en scooter pour vous amener dans le petit salon.

Laras Homestay is a little piece of paradise. It was the best homestay I have stayed at for so many reasons, but the first one is definitely the fact that it is family-run. The family is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The homestay is surrounded by the rice fields and mountains of Munduk, so you are constantly immersed in the beauty of nature. The landscapes are breathtaking, and the sunsets and sunrises were some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The property is new and the common areas have absolutely stunning views. The rooms are simply impeccable — honestly, it feels more like staying in a resort than a homestay. There is a lovely outdoor area with tables and chairs, the bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and the bed linen is excellent quality. All the amenities you need are provided, and there is plenty of space for clothes and luggage. The bathroom is very spacious, with hot water always available and excellent water pressure. The room itself is large, with brand-new curtains and beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the surrounding landscape. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. There is no AC, but there is a very good fan, and considering the climate in Munduk, I honestly didn’t find AC necessary at all. Breakfast is varied, with both sweet and savoury options, and everything was delicious and made with good-quality ingredients. The homestay also works with a local warung where you can order dinner. The food is absolutely delicious and the prices are great. The road to get there is quite winding, but the family can always arrange a car or scooter if you need to get around. They also offer so many additional services, including laundry, massages and more, as well as a wide range of activities such as trekking, which I highly recommend, and transfer services.
