Most importantly, the host Federico is one of the best! He is always available, very helpful and thoughtful. The location of the property is very good- it is close to one of Genoa's train stations as well as the main avenue. Our room also had a lovely balcony overlooking beautiful buildings. There are nice bakeries and restaurants right by the property. The area is also quieter than the port area.

It was all really fine. One thing perhaps could be to daily wash the lovely mugs in the room- or provide us with washing detergent or paper cups. We liked that we had a kettle and coffee machine but we couldn't get the stains off the mugs with just water so we had to use stained cups. No big deal, though. It just is fun to have tea/coffee at the balcony!

Host Frederico był fantastyczny, polecił nam wiele miejsc, byliśmy zaopiekowani w 100%. Mogliśmy też zostawić bagaż przed zameldowaniem i po wymeldowaniu.

Jedyne czego nam brakowało to otwieracz do wina i kieliszki. Wszystko inne było super + pyszna kawa w ekspresie.

We had a wonderful stay at tis property! Federico was such a kind and friendly host, and his English was excellent. He gave us so many useful tips and recommendations, and he was always available to help with anything we needed. He truly made our stay special. Our apartment was very spacious and newly refurbished, with plenty of storage space and all the essentials, including a coffee maker and kettle. The bed was also very comfortable. The best part, however, was the balcony. The beautiful view made it such a lovely place to relax, and we really enjoyed spending time there. The location is great too - within walking distance of the old town and very close to the railway and bus stations. The neighbourhood felt safe, with lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. I would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Genoa. Thank you, Federico, for making our stay so special!
