Everything in this hotel was perfect. Staff is lovely, breakfast is nothing short of amazing (though a little more variety in drinks would be appreciated), position is nice and the rooms are clean and extremely comfortable.
not having discovered this hotel before :)

The breakfast menu was a bit limited but good enough. Restaurant staff we're friendly and helpful although conversational English was lacking.
The receptionist was always on the phone so we always had to wait. Once we got her attention she was very helpful.
Housekeeping was none existent - our room didn't get cleaned when we were out and we had to go to reception to get replacement towels after several requests.
