Location and house itself were good.
The house has a rodent issue and caused problems for me during my stay. Droppings were in the kitchen and under the sink. First day I saw a mouse run up the wall and into the grooves in the logs. At night the mice were making noise and getting into a chip bag on the counter.
Not a healthy or safe situation to be in. A clue should have been all the rodent boxes around the house at ground level and on the deck.
