The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, but what truly made my stay special was the warm welcome and kindness of Aya at reception. She was incredibly sweet, attentive and helpful, and made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. She deserves a special mention. ❤️
Honestly, I had a very pleasant stay and nothing significant to complain about.
