Good location and great connection to public transport, comfortable check-in and -out, room on the smaller side but well-designed with storage space under the bed, everything was clean and working well :)

Great location near the metro, very easy to reach anywhere in Seoul. The neighborhood isn't the busiest or best known, but it was quiet and peaceful, which I appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was small (hard to open a large suitcase without moving furniture), but well organized, with under-bed compartments for luggage and backpacks. The bathroom was simple but had good amenities. There's a small kitchen on the ground floor with hot and cold water, a coffee machine, a fridge with toast and jam (the only breakfast option), plus a free washing machine and dryer. The place was clean overall.

Check-in is self-service via a kiosk, and I never saw any staff during my stay. There's no elevator, and I was assigned a room on the third floor, meaning I had to carry a large suitcase, a small suitcase, and a backpack up narrow stairs after a long flight, which felt unsafe. As compensation they offered a one-hour late checkout, but I couldn't use it since I had to catch a train before then. Also, the entrance door is secured only with a 4-digit code, so anyone who learns the combination could access the building. Overall, I found the price too high for what was actually offered.

Good quiet location with bus stop and subway station nearby. Really easy self check-in/out. Free coffee, water and toast.

The room was super small with absolutely no space to unpack my things. There only was a really tiny window which looked out into a backalley. Now the main problem: The room becomes absurdly hot (i think there was floor heating on all the time which could not be controlled in the room). I visited in winter, it was -5°C outside, and i had to run the AC constantly to cool the room down. I was not able to sleep well, because the room temp would reach 26°C after staying in the room for one or two hours. Because of the size of the room the AC is right above the bed and blows you in the face all the time. This sadly made my stay a bit uncomfortable.
