Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr kurzfristig am Abend für eine Nacht gebucht. Es hat alles sehr reibungslos und unkompliziert geklappt! Das Haus liegt toll mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig.

It was spacious

The check in electronic process.

We had a bedroom, shower room and fridge each over three floors. The air conditioning was excellent and very welcome in the 34°c - 40°c temperatures. The beds were large and very comfortable.

We were unable to connect to the WiFi and had no response from the company when informed. The toilet on the second floor was a macerator and very noisy.

The central location, the spacious rooms, the comfy beds.

No warm water in the upstairs shower. You cannot relax on the terrace as there are noisy AC units there. The checkin process was not clear and the staff was unresponsive by phone/email/chat (we were at the door at 14:00 wondering if we can get in; moreover, cleaning was not done in time and we were asked to wait in the street). Maintenance came twice to fix broken outlets in one of the bedrooms. Cleaning staff came an hour before the checkout time without letting us know. Minimal kitchen facilities. The setup of the house is not very friendly, with a lot of steep stairs. All in all, there is no attention to detail and unreliable communication.
