The property provides everything what's required for the family travel. Beds were excellent and super comfy. We even shared meels with the host. She tried to help us as much as possible. Location is very close to both airport and Auckland city centre - only 18 min drive but is located in the quiet street.

The behaviour and the cleanliness.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very bright and welcoming. The room was a bit small, but the bed was extremely comfortable and even heated. The host was incredibly kind and also prepared some delicious, completely homemade dumplings for us! Amazing experience — highly recommended!
(We could also use the laundry even if it's not written in the booking.com facilities)

the bed was comfy and the place was mostly clean
The place feels unloved and deserted. Mould on the window sills throughout the place and bathroom sealant is off putting. The kitchen and the bathroom need to be renovated. The walls are patched up and left unfinished. The gardens could look so much nicer with a bit of effort.
