There was nothing I didn’t like but I suggested to have a small fridge in the room and a chair.

El desayuno pudo ser un poco más generoso y variado, aunque tenía muy buen servicio y sabor., por el precio que se pagó pudo tener más opciones.

Podría estar mejor insonorizado y tiene algunos problemas de desagüe en la ducha.

Es muy bonito el cuarto

We had a mixed stay here for 5 days. Comes up as 5 star hotel on booking platforms which is definitely not the case. The location is great and the rooms are nicely designed but I wouldn't stay here again due to the cons below. Pros: - Quiet location, walkable all of Condesa/Roma Norte - Good breakfast, were open to making vegan items off menu. However, the portions were small (10 slices of fruit and a tbsp of granola for e.g.) - Staff friendly and helpful - Big rooms, nicely designed

Cons - Our room was extremely damp, paint peeling off the walls and our clothes were smelly and damp. They've painted over it so they're clearly aware it's a problem. - The noise of the inner courtyard/staircase is super loud as no rooms have any soundproofing. You can hear the kitchen prepare from 6am and every word from check-in. While the hotel is in a quiet street, you will be woken up throughout the night by the metal clanging of feet and chatting. - Cleaning was patchy, some days you got fresh glasses others not, same with bath mats/replacing water. - Balcony door doesn't lock for some reason, it would be hard to get to but there is another room's window opening onto it.
