The Stadtvilla Jever is located in the center of Jever at Kirchplatz 19 and was built in 1883 by the merchant H.C. Minsen.
The elegant Minssen apartment, measuring approximately 100 square meters and featuring a rooftop terrace of approximately 25 square meters, has been completely renovated with great attention to detail.
Design, quality, and modern yet timeless furnishings characterize this apartment.

Highlights such as ultra-fast cable Internet at 250 Mbit/s, luxury Norwegian Svane beds, a high-quality built-in kitchen, air conditioning, and underfloor heating are standard features.

Enjoy your stay in the quiet center of the “Marienstadt” (City of Mary) Jever, where everything is within walking distance.

The apartment features two large bedrooms, accommodating up to four people, a bathroom, and a beautiful open-concept kitchen and spacious living area. The private rooftop terrace is a particularly lovely bonus.

You’re welcome to bring up to two pets; there’s a fee of €15 per day for this. Food bowls and pillows will be provided for your pet(s).

A private parking space for your car and a locked bike storage area with charging capabilities are available and are just a few minutes’ walk from the city villa.
