Our host, Jordan, really thought of it all! We were overjoyed walking into this clean, well decorated rental, in a stellar location in Austin. It’s a safe and quiet neighborhood, with people out and about on the streets walking dogs, strollers, etc. There is a park a very short walk away (Big Stacy and Little Stacy Parks) with open areas, big trees, and a playground. The host was very accommodating to our dog, allowing us to use both the smaller and larger yards for her to run around and do her business. The street feels very safe - I never felt unsafe while there. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need - even some yummy healthy snacks! - and there was more than enough storage for clothing and other belongings for a long there stay. The rental came with a smart TV and fast WiFi (enough for 2 people to work from there while streaming). The in unit washer and dryer, and dishwasher, made for a homey feel. The host in general is just a delight, responsive, and so helpful - would recommend this stay to anyone!

We loved our stay at this charming one-bedroom duplex in Travis Heights! The location couldn’t be better—tucked away on a quiet street yet just an easy walk to lively South Congress, the Town Lake boardwalk, and local parks.The home itself is thoughtfully updated and very comfortable. The bedroom has a queen bed with blackout curtains and tons of closet space, plus a peaceful view of the private backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped (with washer/dryer included), and the open dining and living areas made it feel spacious. We especially appreciated the refinished wood floors, new bathroom, strong WiFi, and large smart TV for relaxing evenings in. An office made from a converted closet was perfect for work from home as well.Parking was easy—there’s plenty of street parking and the option for off-street in the back. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and very walkable.The host was welcoming, responsive, and respectful of privacy, which made the whole experience seamless.Overall, this spot is perfect for anyone looking for a monthly or longer-term stay. A cozy home in a prime location—we’d absolutely stay here again!
