Calm Waters was amazing. The beach pool and views were fantastic! Barbara was a wonderful host!

Went with family for family vacation. It was perfect for that. North Caicos is somewhat desolate so if you are looking for lots to do other than relaxing this isn’t for you. Property manager Barbara was amazing. Just ask her and it happens. Anything. People I met on island were great. House beach and pool both great. Had Merritza from my dees come in and cook dinner. Was amazing. Played games at night with my adult children. Also great. Would recommend for that type of experience

the location, house, and coordination were fantastic. Barbara and Farrington went well above and beyond to help us and we really appreciate it. we are giving your house and host the highest recommendation possible and would recommend it to anyone that wants a great vacation!! thanks again Bill and family

First off the house is beautiful and our host Barbara was absolutely amazing. She helped with everything!! The house is an older house I feel and it needs lots of updates and repairs but the thing that was the worst was that there were sand flies and they were everywhere we could not enjoy the pool. We could not enjoy the beach, Access the beach chairs, hammock we were getting bit up constantly. I felt they were more like fleas but was told they were sandflies. Just horrible. They really need to spray or something to help with that.
