For everything to go smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some house rules and warnings:
⚠️ Important: If the necessary documents for check-in are not sent at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be enough time to release access to the property. In this situation, the guest may be unable to check in on the same day of arrival, and will need to wait until the following day to complete the process.

⚠️ Apartment with internal staircase and mezzanine, ideal for those seeking a modern and well-distributed space.

⚠️ Noise is not permitted from 22:00 onwards (Quiet Hours Law).

⚠️ Smoking is not permitted.

⚠️ Keep the window slightly open for ventilation.

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.

⚠️ Rubbish disposal must be done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 20:00 to 22:00. Disposal outside these times is subject to a fine applied by the City Council.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting £100.00 per day from your security deposit.

⚠️ It is forbidden to leave any objects in the external areas of the apartment, as well as to hang items from the windows.

⚠️ If you need to store your luggage, you can leave it at our agency.

⚠️ Our check-in is from 15:00 and our check-out is before 11:00. If you would like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Bed linen and towel change services can be arranged and paid separately. Please be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.

⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are provided only at the beginning of your stay and are not replenished.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
