Welcome to our villa. In order to ensure that all our guests have a peaceful and enjoyable stay, please observe the following rules:

• The villa is strictly reserved for families and married couples.
• The entry of people outside the booking is not allowed,
• No parties or events.
• The villa is non-smoking inside. Please only smoke outside (terrace, rooftop) and use the ashtrays.

Occupancy
• The number of people allowed must correspond to the number mentioned at the time of booking.

🧼 Cleanliness & Respect for the premises
• Please respect the premises as if they were your own.
• Any breakage or damage must be reported immediately.
• Dishes must be washed before departure.

🔇 Nuisances sounds
• Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, especially between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
• The use of outdoor speakers is allowed at moderate volume only.

🏊 ♀ Swimming pool
• Access under your own responsibility.

♻ Ecology
• Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you go out.
• Please dispose of your waste in the bins provided for this purpose.

In case of non-compliance with the rules, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund.

External visitors & compliance with the conditions of stay

For reasons of security, confidentiality and in order to comply with Moroccan legislation,
it is strictly forbidden to invite people from outside the booking to the villa, whether day or night.

The villa is exclusively reserved:
• To families and married couples.
People of Moroccan nationality (or dual nationality) must be able to present a valid marriage certificate in case of inspection, as required by applicable regulations.
• To persons declared at the time of booking.

⚠ Any attempt to invite or receive undeclared visitors, including Moroccan nationals, will result in the immediate cancellation of the stay without refund, in accordance with Airbnb terms and local regulations.
