The homeowners are willing to personalize the room function for their next tenant.

Outdoors, there's a fenced-in area for Fido, walking paths for meandering between the pastured animal enclosures, and a lovely deck under the tree canopy. A cascading waterfall beckons tenants towards a pond-side bistro table with views of the property and surrounding mountains.
