We stayed 5 nights at the Imperium Suite Trevi and the air conditioner worked really well (much needed in this heat wave). The stairs were tough some days when others did not close the elevator doors which cause it not to work. Location was fantastic!

The hotel staff were friendly, allowing us to check in early. The room and bathroom are spacious, clean and quiet. There are shops, a cafe and a restaurant within 2 min walk of the hotel. The trevi fountain is a short walk away.

The location is amazing. My family and I could easily walk to all the major attractions. The service of the staff was tremendous as they were extremely responsive to our needs and questions!
