Staff always replied quickly and was very helpful. Hard to find as sign is small and hard to see. Very close to train station which made easy transit.

The apartment is located one block from main train station and Metro, this was the reason to pick the place. There are lots of beggars and street sellers in the area that might make a traveler feel unsafe but we had no problem. The staff person was there on our planned arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Price was very reasonable for two bedrooms with each having a bathroom. Also included a kitchen.

Location was perfect for us, just round the corner from Termini.
We had a slight issue with our room but the staff ensured we had somewhere to stay for night 1 and moved us to our booked room for night 2.
Basic accommodation but we spent minimal time in the room - you are in Rome!!
Room did not have a lock which was concerning as a female travelling with child, we barracaded the door with our luggage at night!
Staff very kind and helpful.
