The experience started from the front desk, Miss Fatima was so friendly and helpful , the location is amazing near the open mall where we found everything , the rooms and the service was really great.

On the dining side, the room service food was genuinely excellent—we tried almost the entire menu, and every dish delivered. A special mention to the housekeeping and restaurant staff: professional, very friendly, and exceptionally responsive to every single request. Kudos to the entire team!

However, a few downsides and missed opportunities took away from the overall experience: - Crossing over to the mall: The road in front of the hotel is extremely hazardous to cross. Although there is a crosswalk, the lack of traffic lights makes crossing very risky and entirely reliant on whether drivers decide to stop. - The Italian restaurant: We were deeply surprised and disappointed during dinner when guests at an adjacent table started smoking indoors. This is completely unacceptable. - Oceanfront development: Having dining options and restaurants with direct ocean views would be an incredible asset for this location.

Second séjour la literie est très confortable la chambre est propre et spacieuse et merci d’avoir accepté mon départ tardif

Pour cette fois ci j’ai ressenti que le personnel était assez surmené les demandes que j’ai pu faire avait du mal à être prise en compte il devait certainement y avoir plus de monde
