Secrets Of The Pyramids Hotel

The staff were amazing, friendly and very accommodating. The Pyramids are clearly in view from our room and was stunning to see at night as we ate on their rooftop restuarant. Their driver is super accommodating as well. The room was stunning! Their breakfasts were very filling as well. This is a good hotel experience if you want to come to visit the sites in Cairo!

I was honestly surprised by how kind and professional the staff at secrets of the Pyramids Hotel were. I originally booked a triple room without a view, and I was a bit disappointed, but one of the employees upgraded us to a beautiful room with a balcony and pyramid view without charging us anything extra. Also, one of my friends had a problem with another hotel and needed to stay with us for the night. I insisted on paying extra, but they completely refused and even brought an extra small bed for her.

The breakfast was not good, the WiFi connection was poor, the rooms didn’t have enough hot water for 3 people to bath.
